The Q200 has been around for many years, and most people like it. Keep in mind, no stand is included, so unless you want to cook on the ground, a table or surface is needed. The 8+ reviews on Bonton.com are mostly positive, nobody saying it's super good quality, but looks like it could be an amazing value at just $16, especially with free shipping on these heavy cookware. Other stores sell similar pans for $30.

This particular kind of cast iron cookware without a protective film can rust if they come in contact with water or soap, so cleaning is best done with heating it, waiting for it to cool, then use a paper towel. Cast iron cookware also gets very hot, and best to cook with sunflower oil marked with "high heat" rather than other oils.
