HP 32GB USB Flash Drive for $15 ($0.47/GB).
USB2 (not faster USB3) but does have mostly good reviews.
USB flash drives are great for bringing files between home & work, and for playing movies on Blu-Ray players that have USB ports.
- 8GB Secure Digital Memory Card for $6
Samsung 8GB Secure Digital (SDHC) Memory Card for $6 ($0.75/GB).
If you have a 14-megapixel camera, roughly 185 pictures can be stored per GB, so this 8GB card can hold around 1500 photos. HD 1080p video can be around 170 MBytes per minute, so this card can store a little over an hour of HD video.
- 16GB Secure Digital Memory Card with Wifi for $40
Transcend 16GB Wifi-SDHC Memory Card for $48, and code
applies $8 off in the cart.
In theory, a Wifi-enabled SD Card should make it easier to get photos off your camera, but there are some caveats.
The card can communicate over wifi networks, but only when the camera is on and sending power to the SD card.
This means if your camera puts itself into standby or "power save" mode, it may shut off the SD card and the wifi on it.
Be sure to read the reviews before spending this much on a SD card.
