Mushkin and Kingston make great quality flash drives. We have no experience with the Team and Silicon Power flash drives, but they have good reviews. USB3.0 works in either regular USB or USB3.0 ports. USB3.0 can do 20 to 100 MBytes/sec reads & writes, meaning it would only take 15-20 minutes to read/write a 64GB drive, versus 1-2 hours on regular USB.

It is not the $90 it was back in January, but it is a little cheaper than what all other stores sell it for, and is a pretty good deal on an SSD with some of the best reviews on the market. People report 100-200 MBytes/sec reads & writes on a SATA interface, and 550 MBytes/sec on a SATA3 (6 Gbps) interface.
