| Details: | Refurbished Microsoft Surface RT 32GB Tablet for $169, with keyboard $209 (expired: price raised to $200) Refurbished (not new) Microsoft Surface RT 32GB Tablet for $169 through Ebay. Includes a 1 year warranty. Beware this uses Windows RT (not full Windows), and only works with apps specifically designed for Windows RT. The downside is, there are not many apps designed for Windows RT. The plus-side is, it does include Microsoft Office for RT and the web browser has more features than a regular tablet's browser and can do just about anything that a PC browser can (see this video). If you want a tablet for productivity use, this may be a hot deal for you. If you also add this Surface Keyboard (new) to your cart and purchase as the same time as the tablet, the keyboard adds $40 (half price). It is important to note Windows RT based tablets will likely be discontinued very soon, however as this Q&A says, current Windows RT users will still be able to use their devices and get updates. Update (10am EST): The price of the tablet has been raised to $200. Also the bundle deal of $40 to add the keyboard is also no longer available. |
