Great display for average users
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this monitor for two purposes: using office tools (PowerPoint in particular for presentations), and gaming. After a year this display has proven that it can handle long day journeys while offering many display options, its bright enough, it has nice colors (to me at least) and it supports FreeSync (sadly I own a Nvidia). Recommended for les than $150.

Top Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited a long time to write a review as I wanted to give ample time to see how this was going to handle. I can honestly say I'm super pleased with it. No issues at all. Clear resolution, nice size, crisp color no skipping or shaking as some monitors do. Definitely will purchase again if and when the time comes. Highly recommended!

It may not be the biggest but it's one of the best
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I caught this on sale and my daughter cannot be happier with it as the finishing touch of her new gaming build. Great color, brightness, and no complaints from me. I'd buy another.

Best PC Monitor I've Ever Owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I remember when such a monitor would cost over $1200 just 10 years ago. I love that I can view it at any angle with the LED IPS feature. Pros: Light, Thin & Amazing Performance. AMD FreeSync Technology Works Perfectly With My AMD CyberPowerPC Ultra Gaming Desktop. Cons: Non-Adjustable Height or Angle. Can't Pivot. Can't Mount Onto Wall(As Far As I Know). Final Thoughts: This Is An Awesome 1080p Monitor. No Need For a 4k PC Monitor just yet(since they cost $500 & up for a descent brand). I Highly Recommend!

Q: QuestionI purchased this monitor and I hooked it up to my laptop. Now I no longer have sound from my laptop. What happened?
Asked by bamagirl.
- A:Answer Hello, this unit does not have speakers and if using HDMI, your laptop is probably routing the volume to the monitor. You will need to change the settings in your laptop or connect speakers to the 3.5mm jack on the back of the monitor. ^AC

Q: QuestionCan you play Xbox one on this
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The LG 24MP59HT is a (1920x1080p) Full HD IPS (In-Plane Switching) Free Sync monitor. Though I haven't used mine for an Xbox One or any other gaming console, this monitor has a Black Stabilizer feature designed for gaming, and FPS Game 1, FPS Game 2, RTS Game, and Custom (Game), Game Mode features. Other features include 5 ms Response Time (Virtual 1 ms with MBR), 75 Hz Refresh Rate, and Cross Hair. The X Box One is a 4K UHD HDR gaming console but it is compatible with 1080p resolution TVs, yet a 4K monitor is more suitable and will display the Xbox One's stunning resolution in 4K. This LG 1080p monitor performs well for my applications and with the HDMI input connection, along with all the gaming features, I believe you can flawlessly play Xbox One on the LG 24MP59HT monitor. The power/menu toggle switch is located in the center of the monitor, under the LG emblem on the bottom of the display screen. I chose this monitor because it also has a 3.5 mm external audio jack for computer speakers connection. Hope I was helpful.

Q: QuestionHow many FPS do you think this monitor is limited to for games like fortnite or Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Seige
Asked by Elisha.
- A:Answer The monitor is defaulted to 60hz/60fps, but you can up it to 75hz/75fps in the settings (Menu -> Picutre -> Game Adjust -> FreeSync ON). Your eyes WILL notice the difference if you go back from 75 to 60. Of course, this is only useful if your PC can run 60+ fps.
