Details:Free Trial of HBO and Watch All of Game of Thrones Season 8 for $15
The 8th and final season of Game of Thrones starts Sunday on HBO at 9pm Eastern and Pacific, 8pm Central.

If you have not yet tried HBO Now, a free trial is available:
  • 7-Day Free Trial of HBO Now.
  • No cable system required. Works on Internet-connected TVs, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android devices, Xbox One, Playstation 4, phones, tablets, computers, and other devices. Does not work on Xbox 360.
Cancel any time. After 7 days, they charge $15 per month.

If you wait until this Sunday to start your free trial, you probably will get to watch all episodes for just $15. Here's how.
  1. Sign Up for a 7-day free trial on Sunday, April 14. Watch the Season Premiere that night.
  2. When your free trial expires on Saturday, April 20, you will be charged $15 for 1 month on Sunday, April 21. Assuming HBO gives you an entire month for $15, then May 19 or May 20 should be the end date.
  3. Sign-in to your HBO Go account, and Turn Off Auto-Renew.
  4. Watch the entire season (episodes 2 through 6) which air through Sunday, May 19 according to TV Guide and Wikipedia.
If this works, HBO would have charged you $15 for the entire period that Game of Thrones season 8 airs.

This may also work if you subscribe to HBO through your TV provider, Amazon, or Apple. Check with your provider about whether they offer a 7-day HBO free trial, and when the billable month would start and end. HBO provides cancellation instructions for subscriptions through providers.
