| Details: | Ecotones Duet Sleep Sound Machine for $70 (repost) Place it next to your bed, plug it in, turn it on, and it listens for ambient sounds such as street noise, construction, trains, car horns, noisy roommate, etc. It does not spit out white noise, instead it plays your choice of rain, wind, waves, fireplace, etc., and adjusts the audio pitch to drown out noises it hears, effectively drowning out sounds. It's a device we tried, and vouch that it works great and we recommend it for city apartments where noises can disrupt sleep. Most stores sell it for around $75 to $90. It is currently on sale for $70. |
