Subject: "restricted" status at Staples.com

So I was on the phone with Staples tonight after two orders in a row got
flagged and cancelled outright. And of course no emails informing me they
were cancelled.

The CSR was actually *honest* enough with me to tell me my account was restricted
and that any order made online would likely be cancelled. He and his supervisor
reviewed all my cancelled orders for messages and only found one that had any
comment about why. Multiple accounts used for coupon abuse. Hmmmmm.

So I really didn't have a good arguement for that one. Maybe if I offered him
an attache case...
