Best Buy has not been deal-friendly much over the last few weeks, but today there are a few deals to talk about:
  • Insignia Smart Alarm Clock & Speaker with Google Assistant for $20. Normally about $40. It works just like a Google Home but shaped like an alarm clock. The reviews are mostly positive, especially the sound quality, but some reviewers complained about the wrong time being displayed on the unit. With little or no tech support available, returning the unit may be the only option if you have that problem.
  • Hisense 65-inch 4K TV with HDR and Roku for $550. Normally, this kind of TV would sell for about $650 and up. If that is too expensive, our pick for best value TV is still the TCL 55S405 at $380.
  • Insignia 6-Quart Pressure Cooker for $40. Most pressure cookers, like an Instant Pot, sell for at least $75. They cook meals much quicker than any other way, including potatoes, soup, or brown rice in 30 minutes (instead of 90 minutes on the stove or oven), and frozen salmon in 5 minutes (instead of having to thaw first).
